Much of that handout is very worthwhile. Let’s eliminate that divisive “title” and concentrate on some key points:
Engage and discuss. Welcome (and don’t just PRETEND you are interested in hearing other views)
Admonish the offensive who work from home are riding on your coat tails. Know your message/issue and remember those with different opinions are still your fellow citizens. Maybe such a handout would help overcome the increasingly (and dangerously) polarizing of us/them, right/left, good/evil, and black/white - the latter referring not only to race, but as much to rigid thinking that cannot admit of nuance or shades of gray.
